What if I don't like my shipment?
That would be disappointing, for all of us.
If you feel the the quality of the product is poor or the product is flawed, I will work to find you an adequate replacement or refund. If you don't like the way something tastes, that may simply be a function of different preferences. Part of the philosophy of Musette is to offer products that are unique and unusual, in some cases they may not be what you are used to but they may still be quite good. In that case I'm not able to replace the product, but I hope you'll stick with me and that we'll find something you like. I'll rely upon user feedback on choices I've made in the past to help guide direction in the future.
If a product arrives damaged, Musette will ask that you chronicle the damage, photos, etc, and we will replace the product or refund your money.

Where do you ship to?
The shipping included in the price is for domestic, U.S. addresses. For our Canadian friends, there will be additional fees but we can likely work something out. For coffee we can likely ship anywhere, but we'll need to look into that. For booze, it's just for the Yankees,. If you live in certain states we may not be able to ship booze to you.
